Because of this continued growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our production team.PositionCustom Apparel Production Specialist (Screen Printing Embroidery Graphic Design)Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in one of the following areas:Screen Printing &ndash; press setup, registration, inks, and production runs Embroidery &ndash; machine operation, hooping, troubleshooting (digitizing knowledge is a plus) Graphic Design for Apparel &ndash; vector artwork, print-ready files, separationsThe ideal candidate will be highly skilled in one area and willing to assist in the others when needed.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with or run screen printing production Operate embroidery machines and prepare garments Create or prepare artwork for production when needed Prep, organize, fold, and package apparel orders Maintain a clean and organized work environment Help keep production running efficiently and on scheduleWork Environment &amp; Physical RequirementsThis is a hands-on production position. Applicants must:Clean up after themselves and maintain an organized workspace Be able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment Be comfortable working in hot and cold conditions, including cleaning screens at an outdoor wash bay Be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the dayPayPay will be based on experience and skill level. Higher pay opportunities may be available for candidates with strong experience in screen printing, embroidery, or graphic design, especially those with experience using CorelDRAW, managing apparel production workflows, or handling customer orders from start to finish.Bonus OpportunitiesAdditional pay opportunities may be available for employees who are able to:Bring in bulk apparel orders Communicate professionally with customers and businesses Manage orders from start to finish including customer communication, order setup, production coordination, and payment(Bonuses apply when the order is fully handled, not just referred.)Additional Skills That May Increase PayStrong experience with CorelDRAW Social media marketing or TikTok content creation used to promote businesses or products Customer communication and order managementProfessional ExpectationsProfessional communication with customers and businesses via email and phone Presentable appearance for customer visits and order deliveries Comfortable interacting with customers in person Must be able to pass a background checkApplication RequirementsApplicants should include:Which area they have the most experience in Number of years of experience Examples of workGraphic designers must provide a portfolio. Theft related offenses or past drug or alcohol related offenses may be considered depending on how long ago they occurred and the overall circumstances, as we believe people can change and are willing to give second chances in appropriate situations.
