Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, with experience in pediatric dentistry and oral surgery being highly desirable. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment journey. You will work closely with a dedicated team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care while adhering to the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.</li><li>Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various dental conditions.</li><li>Execute a range of dental procedures including but not limited to general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.</li><li>Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures with a focus on creating a positive experience for younger patients.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and care delivery.</li><li>Uphold infection control protocols and aseptic techniques in all clinical settings.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.</li><li>Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.</li><li>Experience in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other advanced procedures is an asset.</li><li>Previous experience working in a dental clinic or office setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members.
