Bliss Lawn &amp; Landscape is growing, and we&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Landscape / Hardscape Crew Leader Foreman to help lead our field team and deliver high-quality outdoor projects.This role is for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates clearly, leads by example, and knows how to keep a crew moving safely and efficiently. We&rsquo;re not looking for someone who just &ldquo;shows up.&rdquo; We&rsquo;re looking for a leader who wants ownership, growth, and the opportunity to help build one of the most respected lawn and landscape companies in our region.What You&rsquo;ll DoAs a Crew Leader / Foreman, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for leading daily field operations on landscape and hardscape projects.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Leading and working alongside a landscape / hardscape crew</li><li>Reading job notes, plans, layouts, and project instructions</li><li>Keeping projects moving on schedule and to company quality standards</li><li>Installing or overseeing installation of hardscapes, plantings, grading, drainage, mulch, stone, sod, and other landscape elements</li><li>Operating or directing the use of equipment and tools safely</li><li>Communicating job progress, needs, issues, and changes clearly</li><li>Managing materials, tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness</li><li>Training and developing crew members</li><li>Maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful jobsite</li><li>Representing Bliss Lawn &amp; Landscape well with clients and team members</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForThe right person will have:<ul><li>Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or outdoor construction</li><li>Prior crew leadership, foreman, or lead installer experience preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of quality landscape / hardscape installation practices</li><li>Ability to lead a crew while also working hands-on</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic</li><li>Ability to manage time, people, tools, and materials</li><li>Pride in doing the job right the first time</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, bend, dig, shovel, and work outdoors in changing weather</li></ul>Hardscape Experience Is a PlusExperience with any of the following is a strong advantage:<ul><li>Paver patios and walkways</li><li>Retaining walls</li><li>Grading and base prep</li><li>Drainage work</li><li>Skid steer / mini skid / excavator operation</li><li>Planting, edging, mulch, sod, and landscape renovations</li><li>Reading plans or layout drawings</li></ul>Who You AreYou are someone who:<ul><li>Takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged</li><li>Leads by example</li><li>Communicates clearly with the team and management</li><li>Cares about quality, details, and the finished product</li><li>Can solve problems in the field</li><li>Wants to grow with a professional company</li><li>Understands that leadership means setting the tone every day</li></ul>Why Join Bliss Lawn &amp; Landscape?At Bliss Lawn &amp; Landscape, we&rsquo;re building a company known for professionalism, craftsmanship, clear communication, and a great customer experience.
