Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div><ul><li><br>
 Create and edit engaging videos for campaigns, social media, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile, and advertisements.</li><li><br>
 Design visual graphics, banners, and creatives for digital marketing campaigns and client branding.</li><li><br>
 Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing/design software.</li><li><br>
 Ensure all content is visually appealing, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for digital platforms.</li><li><br>
 Work closely with the marketing team to understand client requirements and deliver creative solutions.</li><li><br>
 Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, video editing, and social media content creation.</li><li><br>
 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li></ul></div><div></div><p><br>
Requirements</p><div><ul><li> 2 years of proven experience in video editing and graphic design.</li><li><br>
 Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and tools like Canva.</li><li><br>
 Understanding of social media content formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ad creatives, GBP posts).</li><li><br>
 Ability to take creative briefs and convert them into engaging visual content.</li><li><br>
 Strong sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and attention to detail.</li><li><br>
 Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.</li><li><br>

The core responsibility of the Marketing Executive is to generate qualified leads by executing marketing activities across global markets. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and supporting the company&rsquo;s growth through consistent and targeted marketing efforts.</p><p></p><p><br>
Key Responsibilities</p><p><br>
1. Lead Generation</p><div><ul><li><br>
 Execute targeted marketing activities to generate quality leads for IT services (Shopify, BigCommerce, eCommerce development, web development).</li><li><br>
 Use LinkedIn, email marketing, industry forums, and digital channels to identify and engage potential clients.</li><li><br>
 Build prospect lists and conduct outreach to agencies, brands, and B2B companies.</li></ul></div><p><br>
2. Market Research &amp; Segmentation</p><div><ul><li><br>
 Conduct research to identify potential businesses for partnership or direct project opportunities.</li><li><br>
 Analyze industries that require digital presence, eCommerce solutions, or technology support.</li><li><br>
 Track competitor activities, market trends, and opportunities.</li></ul></div><p><br>
3. Marketing Campaign Execution</p><div><ul><li><br>
 Assist in planning and executing campaigns for lead generation.</li><li><br>
 Support content creation (case studies, email copies, LinkedIn posts, landing pages).</li><li><br>
 Coordinate with the internal team for marketing assets.</li></ul></div><p><br>
4. CRM &amp; Reporting</p><div><ul><li><br>
 Maintain lead data in CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Google Sheets).</li><li><br>
