Job Title: Multimedia Designer &ndash; SynapseScope Leadership Platform Location: Remote / Hybrid (Anywhere in Pakistan) Type: Full-Time or Part-TimeAbout the Role We&rsquo;re looking for a Multimedia Designer who can turn behavioral-science concepts and software workflows into short, captivating videos and web animations. Your work will appear on SynapseScope&rsquo;s homepage, social channels, and in-app screens&mdash;helping users understand, trust, and love our leadership intelligence platform.You&rsquo;ll Work On<ul><li>30&ndash;60 sec explainer and &ldquo;How It Works&rdquo; videos for web &amp; social media</li><li>Animated product walkthroughs using UI screens from Figma</li><li>Motion infographics and data-driven visuals (e.g., leadership spectrums, STAR Matrix plots)</li><li>GIFs and looping elements for the dashboard and landing pages</li><li>Visual assets that maintain consistency with the SynapseScope brand</li></ul>Core Design &amp; Animation Tools<ul><li>Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop</li><li>3D &amp; Motion: Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya (for product motion scenes or UI depth)</li><li>UI Collaboration: Figma (component exports, motion previews, and prototype alignment)</li><li>Animation Libraries: Lottie / Bodymovin (JSON export for web), Rive, or GSAP (for micro-interactions)</li></ul>Video &amp; Web Output<ul><li>Video Production: Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for cutting and compositing</li><li>Data Visualization Animation: After Effects expressions, or libraries like D3.js / Chart.js (if motion exported to code)</li></ul>You&rsquo;re a Good Fit If You<ul><li>Have 2 + years of experience in motion or multimedia design</li><li>Combine storytelling sense with technical execution</li><li>Can simplify complex ideas into visually engaging narratives</li><li>Know how to balance aesthetics, performance, and accessibility</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Please share a link to your portfolio or showreel that includes motion graphics or explainer videos you&rsquo;ve created.</li><li>Which software tools do you use most frequently for animation and video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, etc.)?</li><li>Have you used Lottie, Rive, or similar libraries for exporting animations for web?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
