Position Overview: 
 
BLN24 is seeking a Workflow Analyst/Scrum Master to design, modernize, and deliver enterprise cybersecurity and privacy training programs. This includes role-based training, LMS administration, workforce skills assessments, phishing simulations, gamification techniques, and AI-enhanced course development. The program targets measurable improvements in knowledge, skill application, behavioral change, and reduced time to proficiency for cybersecurity staff. This role optimizes business processes and orchestrates Agile delivery. The role maps current/future-state processes, drives automation opportunities, and facilitates Scrum ceremonies to deliver incremental value.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Elicit requirements, create process maps, and identify pain points and bottlenecks.</li><li>
Analyze metrics (cycle time, throughput, error rates) and propose improvements or automations (RPA/low-code).</li><li>
Partner with Product Owner to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog.</li><li>
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies; track delivery metrics and manage dependencies.</li><li>
Coordinate with engineering and operations to pilot and scale process changes.</li><li>
Produce clear documentation (SOPs, RACI, playbooks) and change management materials.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
4+ years in business/process analysis and Agile delivery.</li><li>
Proficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and Agile tools (Jira/Azure DevOps).</li><li>
Experience with data-driven process improvement (Lean Six Sigma exposure a plus).</li><li>
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in Business/IT/Industrial Engineering or equivalent; PSM/CSM a plus.</li><li>

Position Overview:
BLN24 is seeking a Technical Lead/Scrum Master to lead development of the client&rsquo;s centralized web platform for security and privacy policy guidance. This hybrid role combines hands-on technical leadership with agile facilitation. The Technical Lead/Scrum Master ensures architectural integrity, code quality, and delivery predictability while coaching the team on agile practices and eliminating impediments. The team applies agile development practices to improve usability, search functionality, accessibility (Section 508 compliance), and security. Success is measured through user engagement metrics, retention rates, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Lead solution design, architecture, and complex implementation tasks.</li><li>
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).</li><li>
Partner with Product Owners to refine backlog, define acceptance criteria, and align scope to objectives.</li><li>
Track and improve delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, defect rates).</li><li>
Manage dependencies, risks, and release planning; remove impediments.</li><li>
Champion DevSecOps practices, code reviews, and test automation.</li><li>
Mentor engineers; foster continuous improvement and psychological safety.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
8+ years in software delivery, including 2+ years as a technical lead and 2+ years as a Scrum Master.</li><li>
Strong command of modern application architectures (microservices, APIs, cloud).</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira/Azure Boards), CI/CD, and quality practices.</li><li>
Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in CS/Engineering or equivalent; CSM/PSM or equivalent certification preferred.</li><li>
