Responsibilities</b></h3><ul>
<li>Manage a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution</li>
<li>Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents</li>
<li>Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts</li>
<li>Appear for court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials</li>
<li>Negotiate settlements and engage in pre-trial resolution strategies</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel</li>
<li>Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure case efficiency and quality results</li>
</ul><p><b>
Requirements</b></p><ul>
<li>
2+ years of <b>plaintiff-side</b> litigation experience (habitability or PI law preferred)</li>
<li>Bilingual in English/Spanish (strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple cases with varying complexity</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in California</li>
