We&rsquo;re currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and energetic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our Quogue team and help young learners bloom every day.

Position Overview: 
The Lead Toddler Teacher will be responsible for creating and leading a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom for children ages 18 months to 3 years. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of toddler development, a love for early childhood education, and a strong commitment to fostering learning through play.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development</li>
<li>Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence</li>
<li>Maintain open, respectful communication with parents and caregivers</li>
<li>Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom</li>
<li>Observe, document, and assess children&rsquo;s growth and development</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with assistant teachers and center staff</li>
<li>Follow all state licensing and Bloom Learning Center policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)</li>
<li>NYS Teaching Certification (Birth&ndash;2) or CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) is a plus</li>
<li>Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years experience in a toddler or preschool classroom setting</li>
<li>Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices</li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills</li>
<li>A warm, positive, and professional attitude</li>
</ul>
Schedule &amp; Compensation:

<li>Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM</li>
<li>Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and education</li>
