Architect &ndash; Interior Design &amp; Fit-Out (Dubai)BLOOM &amp; Beyond Design is a high-end interior design &amp; fit-out company based in Dubai, specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects.We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our office team and support the technical development, visualization, and execution of our projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare full architectural and interior technical drawing packages</li><li>Develop detailed joinery drawings and construction details</li><li>Create 3D models and high-quality visualizations</li><li>Assist in concept development and design presentations</li><li>Prepare BOQs and technical documentation</li><li>Coordinate with the site supervisor and suppliers when required</li><li>Support the Director during project execution and client meetings</li></ul>Software Requirements (Mandatory)<ul><li>AutoCAD &ndash; High proficiency (very important)</li><li>3ds Max</li><li>V-Ray and/or Corona Renderer</li><li>Adobe Photoshop</li><li>Canva (for presentation support)</li><li>Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Architecture</li><li>Minimum 2 years UAE experience (mandatory)</li><li>Experience in interior design &amp; fit-out projects</li><li>Strong technical understanding and detailing skills</li><li>Ability to handle drawing packages independently</li><li>Experience working on projects of similar scope</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management</li><li>Confident in a fast-paced, high-standard environment</li></ul>Salary6,000 &ndash; 7,000 AED (based on experience)Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
