We specialize in providing in-person and telehealth counseling and medication management services, with a strong focus on preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting support.Our space and services are thoughtfully designed to promote calm and connection.Responsibilities:✔ Provide individual therapy and couples counseling via telehealth and in-person sessions ✔ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and insurance standards ✔ Collaborate with a supportive team to provide holistic, client-centered careQualifications:✔ Master&rsquo;s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution ✔ Active LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license in Kentucky (or another clinical license with strong couples therapy experience) ✔ Availability to see clients two evenings per week OR one evening plus several weekend hours ✔ Formal training in couples therapy (such as training through The Gottman Institute or EFT) ✔ Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills ✔ Ability to manage a caseload, stay organized, and meet documentation deadlines ✔ Willingness to be credentialed with insurance panels (we provide support) ✔ Commitment to completing the Postpartum Support International 2-day certificate training in perinatal mood disorders upon hirePreferred Qualifications:✔ Trauma training and experience (EMDR or ART preferred) ✔ Experience working with couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, or maternal mental health challengesWhat We Offer:✔ Competitive compensation based on experience and caseload ✔ Flexible scheduling with unlimited unpaid PTO ✔ Furnished office space in a warm, welcoming environment ✔ Steady client referrals to support building a full caseload ✔ Administrative support, including scheduling and billingAdditional Perks: ✔ Two complimentary halotherapy sessions per month ✔ Discount on massage and halotherapy services ✔ One complimentary Bloom yoga class per month ✔ Discount on supplements through Bloom&rsquo;s FullScript partnershipAt Bloom Counseling + Wellness Studio, we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity within our team.
