 Welding Team Lead
 
 to join our team in one of today&rsquo;s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the
 
 Manufacturing Supervisor
 
 and based in
 
 Newark, DE
 
 
 . This is a fully on-site, in office role
 
 .
 
 
 
 Role and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for maintaining on-the-floor manufacturing activities while ensuring that they are performed in a safe manner and in accordance with EHS policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all quality requirements are met and that all team members are adhering to these requirements daily
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide hands on welding support to manufacturing areas and engineering projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer technical &amp; welding questions as they arise and aide in maintaining &amp; restoring process flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Oracle transactions and IOTs for material movement between plants and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Cycle counts and inventory management
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, document, and sustain standardized work practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Train and mentor welding team members using a hands-on approach to ensure the team members are able to learn the techniques required to troubleshoot
 </li>
 <li>
 Report and attendance, quality, or performance issues to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for running the welding and assembly team from a process standpoint and communicating issues with the supervisor/manager as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, document, and sustain standardized work practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify non-value added waste within the manufacturing process and recommend cost effective solutions to eliminate waste
 </li>
 <li>
 Create, document, and sustain standardized work practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in creation of Yamazumi and in production line set up
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for all rework components needed for Unishell and Hotbox production
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned.

 </ul>
 
 Skills and Experience:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma required, AA degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 2-5 years Tungsten inert gas welding and pulse welding experience is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate cross-functionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and lead teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly motivated self-starter and team player
 </li>
 <li>
 Must demonstrate safe work practices and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with lean manufacturing terminology principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating standardized work
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience completing station audits
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience creating Yamazumi and production line set up
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience completing process technician responsibilities preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be flexible to work fluctuating schedules if needed

 Physical Requirements:

 Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
 </li>

 Navigate the facility throughout the day
 </li>

 Use hands and fingers to operate machinery controls and computers throughout the shift
 </li>

 Visual acuity sufficient for product inspection and reading digital/printed materials

We are looking for a Control Center Operations Specialist to join our team in one of today&rsquo;s most exciting technologies. This role will report to the Manager, Control Center Operations and based in San Jose, CA. This is a fully on-site 5days per week, in office role: First Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m .
Role and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Monitor and troubleshoot system installations at our customer sites
</li><li>Respond to system alarms and complete system actions
</li><li>Maintaining detailed logs of events and troubleshooting
</li><li>Analyze and identify cause of system issues, supporting our Field Service Technicians remotely with system troubleshooting efforts
</li><li>Escalating complex issues to supervisors and other groups
