Bloom Health Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services delivered by a group of competent, independent practitioners. Our foundation of success is based on our ABCs:All as One Be the Change Courage to CareAbout the RoleWe are expanding and are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growth team.This role is responsible for owning and optimizing Bloom&rsquo;s digital marketing strategy in close partnership with the Senior Vice President of Growth. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage our external digital marketing agency, guide paid advertising strategy within healthcare compliance standards, and ensure our SEO, content, and digital presence support and amplify our community engagement and referral strategy.Job Responsibilities&middot; Partner with the SVP of Growth to develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with community engagement and referral growth&middot; Manage the relationship with Bloom&rsquo;s digital marketing agency&middot; Oversee paid advertising strategy across digital platforms&middot; Own SEO strategy and optimization&middot; Collaborate on website updates and digital creative assets&middot; Align digital efforts with community engagement teams&middot; Measure and report digital referral results in partnership with the SVP of Growth, ensuring digital performance is evaluated alongside community outreach and referral activity.Competencies&middot; Strong understanding of healthcare digital marketing&middot; SEO-certified with hands-on experience executing and measuring organic search strategy in a healthcare or regulated environment&middot; Strong written and verbal communication&middot; Analytical and detail-oriented&middot; Proficient in Microsoft products with expertise in Excel&middot; Collaborative and organizedQualifications&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing or related field&middot; 4+ years digital marketing experience&middot; Experience managing digital marketing agenciesBenefits&middot; Health Insurance&middot; Company-Provided Life Insurance&middot; Voluntary Benefits&middot; PTO&middot; Holidays&middot; 401(k) MatchingPay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Arlington, VA
