 Talent Acquisition Coordination plays a critical role in our Talent Acquisition strategy and the success of our recruitment efforts. You will be joining a team that is passionate about building inclusive interview processes and diverse teams.

 <br/>
 As a coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for each candidate through all stages of our interview process. You will manage interview scheduling and logistics for exciting roles across businesses and office locations. You will contribute to the team through interesting cross-functional projects that can impact our Talent Acquisition strategy. We will encourage you to be innovative and propose process improvements that will further streamline our candidate journey and experience.

   Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee interview logistics
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with other coordinators, recruiters, and sourcers
  </li>
  <li>
   Recommend best practices as it pertains to interviews and candidate experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and manage relationships with internal partners across businesses
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee workflows across our applicant tracking system (and CRM and Events platform, where applicable) and ensure candidate pipelines operate efficiently
  </li>

   Support with researching, planning, and organizing logistics for recruitment events

  You Will Need To Have

   At least one year of work experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with incredible attention to detail
  </li>
  <li>
   Effective communication skills and previous success in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  </li>

   Interest in developing a career within HR and Recruitment

Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 12 month contract

This is a dynamic, fast-paced assignment where you'll shape stories about personal finance and the investing landscape. You will work with a team of high-performing reporters to chronicle the ways retail investors react to market moves, the wealth-building strategies gaining currency with young professionals, the latest tax, retirement and inheritance tactics and the wins and woes of buying and selling a home.<br>

</div><div>This role requires a deep understanding of personal investing, markets, spending and earning, as well as the ability to move between immediate breaking news and deep-dive enterprise features. We need an editor who prioritizes speed and clarity without sacrificing accuracy. You will be expected to jump on fast-moving developments, providing the context and creative spark necessary to help a smart digital audience navigate money decisions.<br>

</div><div>Beyond refining copy, you will help reporters advance their reporting and elevate their storytelling. This includes suggesting authoritative sources, sharpening prose, and successfully packaging journalism in engaging ways across multiple digital formats. Experience in enterprise leadership, including originating ideas and guiding reporting plans</li><li>
A collaborative, positive leadership style and the ability to stay calm under pressure</li><li>
