 We are looking for a talented, highly motivated individual to join our South and Southeast Asia research team as an analyst based in Mumbai or New Delhi. You're one of those people who have a real passion for energy transition, and you want to be at the forefront of this exciting industry. You naturally form original opinions, and you have an outstanding ability to communicate these to your audience. Your quantitative skills are strong, and you love to analyze critically complex subjects. Teamwork is important to you, and you are excited by the prospect of working with colleagues and clients from a diverse range of backgrounds. You will be responsible for undertaking primary research and analysis on energy transition in the power and industrial sectors within South Asia, in particular India, producing written reports, presentations, tools and other products. You will also be answering client requests and supporting business development through client interactions.

   Develop and implement market-driving products, data sets, forecasts, and tools

   At least 2 years of experience in the power and energy sector gained within a research, analysis, consulting, publishing, trading, energy/utilities, financial or investment environment

   Proficient in Excel including experience working with large datasets and building models

   Bachelor's degree or degree equivalent experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Confidence and accuracy conducting numerical analysis and familiarity with data
  </li>

   Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization

<div>We are searching for a full-time Senior Art Director for our New York-based studio, skilled in conceptual thinking, storytelling, and exceptional motion graphics design with experience producing work in the branded content space.</div><div><br>

<div>WE'LL TRUST YOU TO:</div>
<div><ul><li>Conceive creative ideas that sit at the intersection of client objectives and audience needs using Bloomberg&rsquo;s proprietary data and insights</li>
<li>Use design as a storytelling medium to express narrative ideas across formats - storyboards, video graphics, digital destinations, live experiential activations, and more</li>
<li>Advocate for steadfast, outstanding ideas and design solutions for clients in partnership with the Europe Studio team and global design leadership</li>
<li>Establish visual systems for branded storytelling across formats &ndash; video, social, live events</li>
<li>Uphold the highest quality of work, translating the latest shifts in design and social platforms for a Bloomberg audience</li>
<li>Participate in proactive proposals and brainstorms that push the Studio&rsquo;s unique value for clients</li>
<li>Communicate the vision and rationale of the work to external and internal teams in an eloquent and compelling manner</li>
<li>Function as both an individual contributor as well as a director when working with our network of production partners and freelance resources</li>
<li>Proactively tap into your network and seek out new talent to grow the studio&rsquo;s freelance network</li>
</ul></div><div>YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:</div>
<div><ul><li>7-10 years of experience in design with a strong emphasis on motion graphics, video storytelling and social work experience preferred</li>
<li>Expertise in crafting branded storytelling across multiple touchpoints (video, print, podcasts, experiential) and corresponding social promotional campaigns</li>
<li>Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Adobe AfterEffects) &mdash; web design software (Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD) a plus</li>
<li>Highly collaborative approach with our team of writers, editors and animators</li>
<li>Proficiency across deliverables that fit with a cross-channel approach (style frames and/or storyboards for video, motion assets for for immersive experiences etc.)</li>
<li>Impeccable design portfolio demonstrating a mix of digital and motion graphics</li>
<li>Ability to provide timely, helpful feedback to improve creative, processes, and to keep work on budget and schedule</li>
<li>Strong time management skills that ensure the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously</li>
<li>Experience researching proprietary data to synthesize into meaningful design decisions</li>
<li>Experience developing creative for RFPs including mocks, mood boards, and written ideas.</li>
