We&rsquo;re seeking a Bi-lateral meeting coordinator to join our innovative Bloomberg Live team on a 3-month contract. In this role, you&rsquo;ll work closely with the Head of Audience and other internal and external groups to provide best in class service in facilitating high level meetings at the Qatar Economic Forum.</p>

We&rsquo;ll trust you to:</b></h2><div><br>
</div>
<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact between delegations, delegates and speakers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on meeting requests and details</li>
<li>Coordinate all logistical and administrative aspects of bilateral meetings, including scheduling, room assignments and communications to participants</li>
<li>Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain accurate records of meetings</li>
<li>Anticipate potential issues or scheduling conflicts and proactively provide suggestions to ensure meetings are booked and run smoothly</li>
<li>Facilitate seamless execution on the day of meetings, including managing arrivals, protocol adherence, and coordination with security or hospitality teams</li>
<li>Manage shared and individual email inboxes, prioritizing and responding to communications and requests in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Assist in the registration of Forum participants and event reporting to stakeholders</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>You&rsquo;ll need to have:</b></h2><div><br>
</div>
<ul><li>3-5 years working in events, marketing, government relations or client management</li>
<li>Experience working with Salesforce, registration or lead generation systems</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Products, in particular, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets</li>
<li>Proficiency working with technology collaboration tools and ability to pick up new technologies easily</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and good judgment when handling and processing sensitive information and requests in a timely manner</li>
<li>Ability to work efficiently with internal and external teams</li>
<li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to be a team player and work across time zones with global counterparts</li></ul><br>

We&rsquo;re seeking an Audience Development Manager to join our innovative Bloomberg Live team on a 5 month contract. In this role, you&rsquo;ll help recruit senior international executives and local leaders to attend world-class in-person events such as the Qatar Economic Forum.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
We&rsquo;ll trust you to:</b></h2><div><br>
</div>
<ul><li>Act as a primary recruitment lead for various local and regional delegate communities to attend the Qatar Economic Forum</li>
<li>Assist in delivering comprehensive audience recruitment strategies around the Qatar Economic Forum and any lead up events to the Forum</li>
<li>Develop positive relationships with local stakeholders in order to achieve specific event goals</li>
<li>Have a strong presence with clients to explain and set critical metrics and quotas as is relates to specific event initiatives</li>
<li>Build and lead delegate invitation lists for partners and stakeholders</li>
<li>Help support our client experience team in the registration of sponsor delegations and ensure their seamless registration and arrival process</li>
<li>Assist in the recruitment of delegates to join partner sponsored moments at the Forum</li>
<li>Work with external partners to ensure all trackers and data sets align</li>
<li>Maintain information within CRM tools like Salesforce and other event technology solutions</li>
<li>Monitor and lead event specific inboxes to ensure inbound questions are answered in a timely manner</li>
<li>Fulfill other related duties, as assigned</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>You&rsquo;ll need to have:</b></h2><div><br>
</div>
<ul><li>5-8 years working in events, marketing, government relations or client management</li>
<li>Experience working with Salesforce, registration and lead generation systems such as CVENT.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, in particular, strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets</li>
<li>Proficiency working with technology tools and initiative to pick up new technologies easily</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and good judgment when handling and processing sensitive information</li>
<li>Extensive global industry knowledge and understanding of leading public and private sector entities and their leadership structures</li>
<li>Deep connections in the local business community</li>
<li>Comfortability cold-calling and communicating with senior executive teams, their communications teams and government agencies to attend in-person events</li>
<li>Knowledge of government protocols and a strong knowledge of regional institutions, corporations and government entities</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to be a great teammate and work across time zones with global counterparts</li></ul><div><br>

In this role, you&rsquo;ll work closely with the Head of Audience and Client Experience to recruit and champion senior local executives and partner delegations attending the Qatar Economic Forum, ensuring a world-class experience for those attending.</p>

We&rsquo;ll trust you to:</b></h2><div><br>

<ul><li>Serve as a primary lead in the recruitment of senior international and local delegates to attend the Qatar Economic Forum</li>
<li>Help maintain relationships with local and internal stakeholders in order to achieve specific event goals</li>
<li>Provide stakeholders with up-to-date delegate invitation and confirmation lists</li>
<li>Supervise and answer inbound queries from the general mailbox in a timely manner</li>
<li>Act as a focal point for inbound lead requests to be in attendance of the Forum</li>
<li>Work with regional and international partners to facilitate their registration for the Forum</li>
<li>Support in the registration process for key internal and external partner groups</li>
<li>Maintain and update information within CRM tools like Salesforce and other event technology solutions</li>
<li>Travel to in-person events as needed and lead customer experience on-site</li>
<li>Fulfill other related duties, as assigned</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>You&rsquo;ll need to have:</b></h2><div><br>

<ul><li>3-6 years working in events, marketing, government relations or client management</li>
<li>Solid understanding of Salesforce and familiarity with other registration or lead generation systems</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Products, in particular, strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets</li>
<li>Proficiency working with digital tools and ability to pick up new technologies easily</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and good judgment when handling and processing critical information</li>
<li>Comfort cold calling and connecting with senior executive teams and government agencies to coordinate their attendance to QEF</li>
<li>Knowledge of government protocols and a solid understanding of regional institutions, corporations and government entities</li>
<li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work across time zones with global counterparts</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and lead multiple collaborators quickly and efficiently</li></ul><br>
