BCBA Duties and Responsibilities :
<ul>
<li>Ensures program effectiveness.</li>
<li>Perform comprehensive initial assessments.</li>
<li>Plans, manages, coordinates, and evaluates assigned staff efforts to achieve the objectives of the client&rsquo;s IEP/IFSP.</li>
<li>Provides only case specific training and supervision of Behavior Technicians.</li>
<li>Implements the program curricula.</li>
<li>Managing data regarding the client&rsquo;s progress.</li>
<li>Assumes responsibility for recording data daily and reporting client status.</li>
</ul>
BCBA COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE:
<ul>
<li>Full time.</li>
<li>Part time.</li>
<li>$85,000-$1OO,OOO.</li>
<li>Choose you own hours.</li>
<li>Bonus pay.</li>
</ul>
 BCBA Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Masters degree in psychology, special education or related fields.</li>
<li>Current BCBA certification.</li>
<li>Access to reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and writing skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.</li>
