We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and processing routine accounting transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of basic accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy. Key responsibilities would but not limited to the below:<ul><li>Bookkeeping and general accounting</li><li>Creating and maintaining spreadsheets</li><li>Filing of documents</li><li>Operating data terminals calculators and other standard office equipment</li><li>Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail</li><li>Invoicing and reconciliation for varying departments</li><li>Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations</li><li>Assembling, sorting and tabulating codes and filing data</li><li>Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in a similar role preferred</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)</li><li>Strong numerical and analytical skills</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
