As a Junior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with the Architect, Engineers, and other team members to plan the construction project. We would love to meet you soon.Responsibilities <ul><li>Understanding the construction plan of the project.</li><li>Determining the time constraints to complete the job.</li><li>Identifying the raw material and manpower required.</li><li>Supervising the construction site along with the contractor.</li><li>Managing daily activities on the site.</li><li>Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.</li><li>Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.</li><li>Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.</li><li>Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs.</li><li>Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best price.</li><li>Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects.</li><li>Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects.</li><li>Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required.</li><li>Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives.</li><li>Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.</li><li>Maintenance and upgrades to existing locations</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related degree.</li><li>0 to 1 year of work experience in the Construction company as a Civil Engineer or a similar role.</li><li>A valid driver's license will be mandatory.</li><li>Proficiency in Computer-aided drafting (CAD) software.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team.</li><li>Ability to manage tasks as per priorities.</li><li>Amazing project management skills.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain a positive work environment.</li><li>Ability to deal with different personalities and remain calm.</li><li>A hardworking and detail-orientated individual.</li><li>Ability to work in harsh conditions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
