BLR Brewing Co. is hiring Accounts Manager &ndash; Restaurant / HospitalityJob Description: BLR Brewing Co is on the lookout for an Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in restaurant accounting, GST compliance, inventory control, and purchase management, with the ability to handle daily operations independently.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounts, ledgers, and accurate bookkeeping Handle GST filings, returns, and statutory compliance Manage vendor payments, reconciliation, and follow-ups Monitor daily sales reports, cash flow, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly P&amp;L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants, and authorities Control food cost, operating expenses, and budgets Track inventory movement and stock reconciliation with purchases and sales Ensure accurate stock valuation and wastage control Analyze purchase trends, price variances, and cost impact Implement internal controls for inventory, purchases, and cash handling Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirementsRequirements Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance 3&ndash;4 years experience in restaurant or hospitality accounting Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance Experience with Tally / Zoho or similar software Good Excel and MIS reporting skills POS and daily sales reconciliation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ownership mindsetLocation - Bengaluru, Karnataka Send your updated resume to hr@blrbrewing.com or DM me directly to explore the opportunity.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available for a face to face interview?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ACCOUNT AND AUDIT: 4 years (Required)</li><li>Microsoft Excel: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
