This is not just a sales role &mdash; it&rsquo;s about creating an experience, building brand recall, and turning visitors into loyal Drippinhot girls.Key Responsibilities Store &amp; Sales<ul><li>Manage weekend pop-up store operations</li><li>Assist customers with styling &amp; size guidance</li><li>Drive sales and upsell effectively</li><li>Maintain stock organization &amp; display standards</li></ul>Content shoot<ul><li>Shoot basic reels &amp; BTS content during pop-ups</li><li>Capture customer testimonials &amp; styling videos</li><li>Coordinate with the social media team for live updates</li><li>Encourage customers to tag &amp; post about Drippinhot</li></ul>Visual Merchandising<ul><li>Maintain aesthetic rack display</li><li>Ensure store setup matches brand vibe</li><li>Suggest creative improvements for layout &amp; experience</li></ul>Customer Experience<ul><li>Create a warm, high-energy brand experience</li><li>Build customer database (WhatsApp/Email collection)</li><li>Handle basic billing &amp; order coordination</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Passionate about fashion &amp; trends</li><li>Confident communicator (English + local language preferred)</li><li>Comfortable on camera &amp; creating content</li><li>Sales-driven mindset</li><li>Energetic, proactive &amp; responsible</li><li>Available every weekend</li></ul>Bonus if you:<ul><li>Have worked in retail / pop-ups</li><li>Have basic knowledge of Instagram marketing</li><li>Love styling &amp; creating outfit ideas</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll GainHands-on fashion marketing experience Exposure to brand building &amp; offline retail Content creation experience Networking in fashion &amp; influencer space Performance-based incentivesJob Type: Part-timePay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹2,500.00 per weekExpected hours: 12 per weekWork Location: In person
