Role Overview: We are looking for a <b>Digital Marketing Manager</b> with a <b>strong startup background</b>, capable of owning <b>strategy, GTM, team building, and execution</b>. This role requires an <b>entrepreneurial mindset</b>, the ability to stay positive in uncertain environments, and the leadership skills to build and scale a high-performing marketing team.</p><p>
Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Define and execute the <b>overall digital marketing strategy</b> aligned with business goals</li><li>
Own and lead <b>Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy</b> for new products, services, or features</li><li>
Build, mentor, and scale a <b>high-performing digital marketing team</b></li><li><b>
Create clear roles, processes, and KPIs for team members</b></li><li><b>
Drive customer acquisition across paid, organic, content, SEO, and community channels</b></li><li><b>
Collaborate closely with founders, sales, and product teams to align GTM execution</b></li><li><b>
Plan experiments, analyze performance data, and iterate quickly</b></li><li><b>
Develop strong positioning, messaging, and brand presence</b></li><li><b>
Maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset</b> during challenges and fast changes</li></ul><p>
Required Experience &amp; Skills:</p><ul><li>
Founder / Co-founder / Early team experience in a startup that has either:</li><li>
Failed (with strong learnings), <b>or</b></li><li>
Successfully launched or scaled</li><li>
Proven experience in <b>building and managing marketing teams</b></li><li><b>
Strong capability in marketing strategy and GTM planning</b></li><li><b>
Hands-on experience across key digital marketing channels</b></li><li><b>
Data-driven decision-making and execution skills</b></li><li><b>
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities</b></li></ul><p>
