</b><br>
A well-established property management company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <b>Assistant Property Manager </b>to support the daily operations of a <b>144-unit market-rate residential community </b>in Columbus, OH. This full-time, on-site role works closely with the Property Manager to ensure strong operational performance, resident satisfaction, and financial results.

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO
<ul><li>Support daily operations of a 144-unit market-rate apartment community
</li><li>Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, renewals, and resident follow-up
</li><li>Interact daily with residents to address questions, concerns, and service requests
</li><li>Support rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and account tracking
</li><li>Assist with unit turns, move-ins, move-outs, and inspection coordination
</li><li>Conduct regular property walks to monitor curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness
</li><li>Coordinate work orders and follow up with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely completion
</li><li>Maintain accurate resident files, reports, and administrative records
</li><li>Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and operational documentation
</li><li>Support marketing initiatives to maintain strong occupancy and leasing velocity
</li>Serve as on-site leadership support in the absence of the Property Manager<br>

</li><li>Proficiency with property management software preferred (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
