Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Summary:The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office by performing administrative, clerical, and organizational tasks. The role includes handling customer inquiries, managing inventory records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities.Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support&middot; Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.&middot; Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records as required.&middot; Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.&middot; Support management and other departments with administrative tasks.2. Customer Handling&middot; Serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors.&middot; Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a polite and efficient manner.&middot; Maintain positive customer relations through effective communication and follow-up.&middot; Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams to ensure timely customer service and issue resolution.3. Inventory Control&middot; Monitor and maintain office and stock inventory levels.&middot; Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with procurement Department for stock replenishment.&middot; Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.&middot; Conduct periodic inventory checks and report discrepancies.Qualifications and Skills:&middot; Diploma or minimum high school qualification on Business Administration or related field.&middot; Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.&middot; Strong organizational and multitasking skills.&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.&middot; Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.Send Your CV's to (Whatsapp) - +97430345522Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
