We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Administrative team, in our Detroit, MI office.
Position Details:<ul><li>
Prepare professional correspondence, engagement letters, proposals, presentations, various other reports and mailings; this includes word processing, mail merge projects and manual preparation of documents.</li><li>
Print and bind documents.</li><li>
Organize, track, and maintain various spreadsheets and files from a variety of sources.</li><li>
Answer phones, coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, and professionally greet clients, guests, and vendors.</li></ul>
Position Requirements:<ul><li>
A minimum of 2 years&rsquo; experience in an Administrative Assistant/Office Administration role within in a professional services environment.</li><li>
Customer service or accounting background is preferred.</li><li>
Proven experience using advanced functions within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience using PowerPoint and Acrobat is a plus.</li><li>
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating with all levels within an organization.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines; highly detail oriented</li><li>
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and proactively address issues.</li><li>
Self-starter, deadline driven individual who is technologically savvy with strong attention to details.</li><li>
Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 20 pounds, sit for long periods of time and use a laptop computer.</li></ul>
