Primary Responsibilities</b></h2><div><br>

</div><p>This Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to executives. The incumbent is responsible for initiating, organizing, and handling special projects for the executive. This position is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely accomplishment of all basic administrative functions, confidential and otherwise. The incumbent has contact with the company's executive staff and managers, members of the Board of Directors, providers, subscribers, group representatives, other executives and other community leaders. With these individuals, the incumbent must deal effectively in the stressful and/or strategic situations, presenting an excellent image for the Company.</p><br>

Summary of Qualifications</b></h2>

<div></div><div><ul><li>Experience in an Administrative Assistant position</li><li>
Superior oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Experience using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>
Experience in a customer contact position communicating information</li><li>
Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks</li><li>
Experience working with highly confidential information</li><li>
Experience working under little or no supervision</li><li>
Experience interacting with all levels of staff internal and external</li><li>
Administrative executive support experience preferred</li><li>
Experience working in an administrative role in a corporate environment preferred<br>
