As a trusted value-added distributor.Role Overview: Requiring strategic planning and direct execution, will lead sales efforts, develop long-term client relationships, and take full accountability for achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key account personnel.</li><li>Develop and execute account plans for strategic growth.</li><li>Identify and secure new strategic customers.</li><li>Sell and present home automation solutions to distributors, resellers, and enterprise clients.</li><li>Coordinate internal teams to meet account goals.</li><li>Lead solution development efforts tailored to customer needs.</li><li>Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree.</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in enterprise/distribution sales, with 3+ years in local market.</li><li>Experience with CRM and account management tools.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Self-motivated and responsible.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Maintains composure under pressure.Job Type: Full-time
