Job Overview The Revit Drafter is responsible for assisting the design team with design-build projects and design only projects by developing Revit drawings and details.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct site measures/scans and create accurate as-built drawings in Revit.</li><li>Help the Design and Sales teams put together client presentations.</li><li>Develop schematic design, design development, and construction documents in Revit. The results of this are to have a clear, concise, and complete set of construction documents to obtain a building permit and to construct the project based on these documents.</li><li>Work with outside engineers and consultants to get engineering and pertinent information incorporated into our construction drawing sets.</li><li>Accept &amp; complete redline notes from Design PMs for multiple projects on time.</li><li>Participate in team meetings.</li><li>Assist the BIM Manager with development and maintenance of Revit library and details.</li><li>Help streamline and improve our processes.</li><li>Other duties as assigned or needed.</li></ul>Skills - Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and AutoCAD software - Experience with Grasshopper, SolidWorks, and MicroStation is a plus - Strong background in mechanical design and interior design - Ability to create detailed schematics and blueprints - Excellent communication and teamwork skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
