Job description: Part Time Office AssistantPay: $22-$25/hour depending on experienceJoin the Blue Frog Property Management Team! We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part Time Office Assistant to join our team! This part time role is responsible for assisting with administrative duties in the Oshkosh, WI office. We are looking for someone who is customer-service focused, has high attention to detail, is effective at multi-tasking, and is proactively willing to go the extra mile to help the team.Tasks include:<ul><li>Assist the Property Manager and tenants in our Oshkosh, WI office through a variety of clerical and administrative duties.</li><li>Enter tenant rent checks and money orders into our Property Management system, ensuring timely and accurate entry and auditing.</li><li>Sort and electronically distribute a high quantity of mail on a timely basis. This includes opening mail, determining next steps, scanning to other offices as needed, and ensuring all pieces are properly documented and accounted for.</li><li>Management the &ldquo;keys&rdquo; for the Oshkosh office, logging and tracking check in/out by Maintenance staff and Leasing Agents.</li><li>Scheduling office appointments.</li><li>Ordering office supplies as needed.</li><li>Running errands as needed.</li></ul>Depending on candidate progression, duties may also include:&middot; Participate in our phone queues, answering phones to assist tenants with showings, applications, maintenance, and other questions.&middot; Ensure resident concerns are being responded to timely and thoroughly.&middot; Sending five-day notices and other lease violations to tenants as needed.&middot; Following up on lease violations to make sure they are corrected in a timely fashion.&middot; Responding to emails, assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day needs, and working in our property management software (Buildium), completing tasks in a timely manner.&middot; Occasional showings or property visits within the area.&middot; Other duties as assigned.This position is very important to the Blue Frog organization. We are looking for someone who is a team player and dedicated to helping us to continue to grow while providing top-notch service to our owners and residents.Requirements:<ul><li>Candidate must have significant office experience.</li><li>Preferred candidates have experience working in property management, real estate, hospitality or another related industry.</li><li>Comfortable working with a high level of attention to detail.</li><li>Possess superior customer service and problem-solving skills. Willing to take the initiative to research and resolve issues and complaints.</li><li>Ability to follow through on all commitments.</li><li>Ability to follow Corporate policies and recommend improvements as appropriate.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team player with the willingness to help the business however needed.</li><li>Must be able to multi-task and shift direction as needed depending on business needs.</li><li>Ability to deal with difficult situations and people in a positive and helpful manner.</li><li>Excellent administrative skills (professionalism on the phone, e-mail etiquette, well-organized, etc.).</li><li>Must be comfortable with technology and have the ability to become proficient in Buildium, Property Meld, Tenant Turner, Happy Inspector, and other supporting software systems.</li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>$22.00-$25.00 per hour, part-time, Monday &ndash; Friday. Exact hours to be discussed and agreed upon with Property Manager. There is some flexibility in work shifts with this position.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-TimePay: $22-$25/hour.Expected hours: 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday.Schedule: First shiftWork Location: In person &ndash; office; travel to another local office may be required for training.
