Prior security experience is required. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to surveillance, conflict resolution, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.Duties<ul><li>Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.</li><li>Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to oversee premises effectively.</li><li>Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure safety compliance and identify potential hazards.</li><li>Enforce rules and regulations while providing assistance in conflict management situations.</li><li>Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.</li><li>Maintain a sense of professionalism in tense situations with a calm, empathetic demeanor.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation.</li><li>Background in law enforcement or military service is required.</li><li>Strong conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations effectively.</li><li>Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure environments.</li></ul>Join us in ensuring the safety and security of our community while developing your skills in a rewarding environment!Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Ripley, WV 25271 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Ripley, WV 25271: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
