 We seek an
 
 E-Commerce Operations Specialist
 
 to join our amazing Blue Marble E-Commerce team in beautiful Ashland, Oregon.
 
 
 
 
 
 The
 
 E-Commerce Operations Specialist
 
 will assist our E-Commerce Operations Team in managing inventory and operational tasks, including, but not limited to, inventory movement, cases with Amazon, and communication with the E-Commerce team and external partners.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Primary Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Seller Central:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and track shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot carrier issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle inventory reimbursement and removal orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor seller brand and account health.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct listing audits and investigate FBA issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enroll new products in Vine.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Vendor Central:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and track purchase orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor-initiated, ladder, and import orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle PO invoicing and troubleshoot carrier issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Dispute chargebacks, shortages, and price claims.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor vendor performance and coop cases.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 General:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee EDI processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Amazon shipping protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist eCommerce team with Amazon cases and miscellaneous tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage shipments and operations across additional eCommerce platforms.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Advanced Excel skills
 
 .
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.
 </li>
 <li>
 A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail oriented, ability to identify and correct errors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong oral and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven and results-oriented.
 </li>
 <li>
 Curious and collaborative.
 </li>
