We are seeking a high-energy, multi-talented Front Office Coordinator to be the face (and voice) of our practice. This isn't just a receptionist role; you will be the bridge between clinical excellence and patient engagement. You will manage the patient lifecycle&mdash;from the first phone call to post-appointment follow-ups&mdash;while driving our clinic&rsquo;s digital presence through social media and content creation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Patient Concierge: Handle high-volume calls, schedule appointments, and master the art of the &quot;follow-up&quot; for no-shows and cancellations.</li><li>CRM Management: Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring history and preferences are updated for a personalized experience.</li><li>Digital Growth: Execute email marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and write engaging, SEO-friendly blogs for the clinic website.</li><li>Clinical Liaison: Work seamlessly with our diverse team, including General Dentists, Periodontists, Hygienists, and back-office staff.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Clinical Foundation: A Dental Diploma or Degree is required. You must speak the &quot;language of dentistry&quot; fluently.</li><li>Marketing Experience: At least 1 year of digital marketing experience, specifically with email platforms and social media management.</li><li>Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Dental CRM software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or Curve) and marketing tools.</li><li>Communication Pro: Fluent in US English with exceptional writing skills.
