We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QuickBooks expert to manage and oversee all our financial records and transactions. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial data, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.</li><li>Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.</li><li>Generate and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Maintain accurate and organized financial records.</li><li>Prepare and file sales tax and other required tax documents.</li><li>Collaborate with our team to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any QuickBooks-related issues.</li><li>Stay current with new QuickBooks features and accounting regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a QuickBooks expert or in a similar accounting role.</li><li>Expert-level proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and/or Online.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks Certified User) are a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 01/10/2025
