Job Description:<ul><li>
Welcoming visitors/candidates and directing them to the relevant office/personnel</li><li>
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos and resumes.</li><li>
Maintaining general office files, including personal files and other files related to the company&rsquo;s operations.</li><li>
Managing office supplies inventory and purchase</li><li>
Acting as a liaison with waste management and landlord as needed</li><li>
Support HR manager to collect timesheets and other HR-related issues</li><li>
Other duties assigned by the branch manager</li></ul>
Job Requirement:<ul><li>
High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li><li>
Customer service experience (a plus)</li><li>
Logistics industry experience (a plus)</li><li>
HR experience (a plus)</li><li>
Strong verbal and written skills</li><li>
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Knowledge of safety working procedures</li><li>
Comfortable handling confidential information</li><li>
Ability to research and learn while performing tasks</li><li>
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks</li></ul> 
9 AM - 5:30 PM

Act as the primary HR contact for the Delaware and Pennsylvania offices.</li><li>
Manage employee relations issues, performance management, and HR compliance for these locations.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies.</li><li>
Support recruitment efforts for the DE and PA regions, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding of new employees.</li><li>
Design and facilitate training programs related to HR policies, compliance, and professional development for employees in all locations.</li><li>
Ensure that HR-related training is up-to-date and relevant to current employment laws and organizational needs.</li><li>
Assist Admin with planning and executing holiday and cultural celebrations, including preparation, communication, and logistics.</li></ul>
Job Requirement:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>
2&ndash;4 years of HR or administrative experience.</li><li>
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
