The experience should demonstrate they have been able to: Monitor and resolve support tickets related to Oracle Procurement modules as scoped above and tickets related to procurement operations (PO issues, PR approvals, supplier records).</li><li>Assist with purchase order creation, change orders, and matching issues with AP.</li><li>Support supplier onboarding and data maintenance processes.</li><li>Maintain and update approval workflows related to procurement transactions.</li><li>Investigate and resolve approval workflow problems in procurement transactions.</li><li>Perform FBDI uploads suppliers, items, and catalogue entries.</li><li>Maintain and update lookups, flexfields, and descriptive labels as the internal team guides.</li><li>Conduct regression testing for procurement modules during system patches.</li><li>Provide support with procurement-related reports using OTBI or BI Publisher.</li><li>Document ticket resolutions and contribute to the support knowledge base.</li></ul>RegardsKshama+91 9833964181kshama.raj@blueocean.systemsJob Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, FreelanceExperience:<ul><li>Oracle Fusion Procurement (Cloud) Expert: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
