We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:<ul><li>Must have 4&ndash;5 years of experience</li><li>Must hold a valid driving license</li><li>Must be able to join immediately</li></ul>If you meet the above requirements, please share your updated CV at the earliest or contact me directly at 0504031752.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Must hold a valid driving license</li><li>Must be able to join immediately</li><li>Research, plan, design and develop building engineering systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing and electrical, in strict consultation and coordination with project lead/senior engineer.</li><li>Work under supervision of the project lead/senior engineer to perform engineering evaluations, feasibility studies, conceptual and final design, cost estimates, and engineering calculations.</li><li>Assist project lead/senior engineer in administering contacts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the project lead/senior engineer.</li><li>Manage activities under supervision within own field of responsibility.</li><li>Apply technical aptitude to tasks to solve day to day problems, always willing to learn new skills.</li><li>Use initiative to ensure work processes, procedures and systems are effective and efficient.</li><li>Build understanding of design, construction and project management concepts.</li><li>Document all designs in accordance with requirements of design practice manuals.</li><li>Qualifications:</li><li>Requires a minimum of 4-5 years of engineering experience.</li><li>Basic understanding of building services engineering principles.</li><li>Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.</li><li>Statistical data analysis experience.</li><li>Knowledge of building codes and standards as well as industry practices.</li><li>Working knowledge of energy and sustainability requirements.</li><li>Working knowledge of local authority requirements.</li><li>Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering software.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent. Certification in relevant BIM program.</li><li>Relevant engineering discipline.</li><li>Graduate membership of internationally recognized engineering institution</li><li>Fluency in English, verbal and written. Proficiency in other languages, especially Arabic, will be highly regarded.</li><li>Registration with program leading to professional engineer status</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
