Contract Housekeeper / Property SupportLocation: Sparrow Bush, NY Schedule Needed: Thursday&ndash;Monday, 7:00 AM&ndash;3:00 PM Job Type: Contract / ongoing services Pay: Please include your expected day rate or weekly rate when applyingWe are looking for a dependable independent housekeeper / property support contractor to provide ongoing services for a private inn and event property.This role supports both guest-facing spaces and owner-occupied areas on the property. It is best suited for someone who is experienced, self-directed, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable with a mix of housekeeping, laundry, light food prep, organizing, and property reset work.Services needed include:<ul><li>Cleaning and resetting guest rooms</li><li>Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, porches, and shared spaces</li><li>Cleaning owner-occupied living areas as needed</li><li>Cleaning and resetting event spaces before and after events</li><li>Laundry, linens, towels, and restocking supplies</li><li>Food prep as needed for guests, owners, and events</li><li>Breakfast setup, service support, and cleanup</li><li>Organizing supplies, closets, storage areas, linens, and household items</li><li>Deep cleaning and organizing projects as needed, such as kitchen cabinets, closets, storage areas, and guest supplies</li><li>Helping create order and maintain simple systems throughout the property</li><li>Keeping spaces tidy, clean, stocked, and guest-ready</li><li>Flagging low supplies, damages, missing items, or anything that needs attention</li></ul>Best fit for someone who:<ul><li>Provides housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or property support services independently</li><li>Is reliable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Is trustworthy and respectful in private living spaces</li><li>Can follow a property checklist and also notice what needs to be done</li><li>Takes pride in clean, calm, organized spaces</li><li>Is comfortable with physical work and being on their feet</li><li>Can work independently once familiar with the property</li><li>Is flexible and comfortable with changing needs based on guest stays, events, owner needs, and property use</li><li>Communicates clearly and takes initiative</li><li>Has reliable transportation</li></ul>This is ongoing contract work for an independent contractor.Pay is based on experience and scope.
