Here we are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who is looking to work in a challenging environment.We are looking for a Sales Manager for our Real Estate Business having a Master's degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field with at least 3-5 years of experience in relevant domains of Sales.The candidate must have/be:<ul><li>Outstanding in verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>At least 2-3 years of experience working in the domain of Marketing</li><li>An extrovert and a people&rsquo;s person</li><li>Quick thinker and innovative in terms of being full of new ideas and strategies</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>One of the core responsibility to boost company sales.</li><li>Managing branding &amp; corporate communications in line with the company brand and values</li><li>Managing all sales &amp; marketing campaigns on a company-wide level (internal &amp; external) along with documentation and reporting</li><li>Good knowledge to develop customer care policies of real estate</li><li>Ensure collection of Installments and recoveries are met as per time schedule defined by the organization.</li><li>Ensure and maintain reports of recovery records of all settled agreements made with the customers.</li><li>Analyze and maintain recovery of installments of the project and inform the customers for their respective payments.</li><li>Analyze client&rsquo;s submission for recovery reports as per schedule.</li><li>Follow up with the clients and maintain a database for it.</li><li>Maintain liaison with customer care and finance team for timely recoveries.</li><li>Ensuring to send the project development updates to customers and responding to customers queries.</li><li>Must be residencial of Abbotabad (Galyat- Khaira galli, Changla galli etc)</li></ul>Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
