Job Description &ndash; Senior Social Media ExecutivePosition: Senior Social Media Executive Location: Aerocity Department: Marketing / Digital Media Reports To: Marketing ManagerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Senior Social Media Executive to lead, plan, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, brand communication, and audience engagement, with hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, and analytics.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.</li><li>Plan, create, and manage content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.</li><li>Lead creative brainstorming for campaigns, seasonal posts, and trend-driven content.</li><li>Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies for maximum ROI.</li><li>Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.</li><li>Manage paid campaigns, boost content, and oversee ad performance where required.</li><li>Supervise junior team members/interns (if applicable) and guide them in content planning and execution.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.</li><li>Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).</li><li>Experience with paid social media campaigns and performance marketing is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics).</li><li>Creative mindset with an eye for design, aesthetics, and detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to lead impactful social media campaigns for a dynamic brand.</li><li>A collaborative and innovative work culture.</li><li>Professional growth and learning opportunities.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
