Purpose
The Marketing Manager leads the development and implementation of strategies, plans, and programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and lead conversion. The Marketing Manager supports business plans &amp; company strategies through direct partnering with customers, sales, and operational teams. The Marketing Manager collaborates with the VP of Marketing, Strategy, &amp; Innovation in formulating long-term marketing strategies that align with organizational vision and target channels, customers, and areas of opportunity. The Marketing Manager works to develop innovative omnichannel strategies that drive demand throughout the end-to-end customer journey. The Marketing Manager builds, mentors, and leads a small, high-performing team and fosters a culture of collaboration, proactivity, and impact.
Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul><li>Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies that promote brand recognition, preference, and lead generation among key and emerging channels
</li><li>Research, evaluate, deploy, and monitor marketing tactics that align with strategic plans, and assess these tactics for effectiveness (including reporting on spend and ROI)
</li><li>Lead team workload planning, ideation, development and resource management, including synthesizing and balancing organizational stakeholder requests for marketing support
</li><li>Continues to enhance marketing professionalism through strategic brand management, the evaluation of marketing tools and technologies, and through team mentorship and guidance
</li><li>Plan, execute and oversee marketing launches for new product &amp; service additions
</li><li>Collaborating with North American and global project teams in support of global product and brand initiatives and outreach strategies

Minimum
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or higher) in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing through complex channels to market
</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years owning and leading strategic marketing initiatives
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to develop and articulate marketing strategies and associated planning documents
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to capture market and audience insights, and to translate into effective marketing strategies and programs
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience seeking, testing and evaluating new marketing tactics to reach target audiences
</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience leading teams and/or team related projects including resource allocation
</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge and/or experience in B2B2C marketing
</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of digital marketing (paid &amp; owned) programs, marketing technologies (CRM, CMS, Adtech etc), techniques and tools Including performance evaluation metrics
</li></ul>Preferred
<ul><li>7+ years of relevant experience in Marketing in the building material or construction industry.
</li></ul><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a marketing manager or director role with a similar B2B2C channel marketing approach

</li></ul>Salary Range: This position's estimated annual base salary is $138,758.00 - $208,136.00. Actual base salary will be dependent on an individual&rsquo;s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for 401k Savings plan, Healthcare (medical, dental and vision), and other generous rewards.

In this capacity, the individual will lead the development and deployment of HR processes, policies, and practices that drive continuous improvement and business performance metrics that align with the goals of the business.
Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities :
In this role, the Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic business partnerships to client groups and provides manager and employee support to leaders regarding the full range of HR support spanning from organizational to individual and administrative.
<ul><li>Support client group on the day-to-day HR activities, ensuring operational success, follow-up on the annual HR priorities and driving alignment and initiatives to meet business objectives (i.e., recruiting, talent management, employee and leadership development, HR administration, annual HR processes, etc.).
</li><li>Counsel and advise managers in support of their business and functions on employee relations matters ranging from basic to complex. Participate in investigation of employee relation issues and provide recommendations for resolution. interpret and provide guidance on company policy, procedures and employment law.
</li><li>Support client group with workforce planning strategies, effectively forecasting and managing vacancies, develop long-term forward-thinking strategies on staffing and recruitment activities including DGI action efforts.
</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate the Coated Products North America business' learning journey for your respective client group in coordination with Talent Management plans and initiatives. Collaborate and assess learning and development needs and solutions to build capability, drive employee engagement, and build productive workforce.
</li><li>Assess and coordinate employee engagement programs and feedback surveys. Facilitate pre-employment assessment, new employee onboarding, separation process, benefit open enrollment, and other employee related activities.
</li><li>Manage HR systems including HCM, time G attendance, and LOA programs. Provide clients with onboarding and offboarding processes.
</li><li>Prepare HR reports, analytics, and improve trends.
</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Participates on projects teams as assigned that have an impact on the entire Coated Products North America business.
</li></ul>Qualifications
Minimum:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
</li><li>6 plus years of human resources advisor across full HR discipline.
</li><li>Experience in providing HR client support across multi-site and multi- state.
</li><li>Recruiting and staffing experience for production and professional positions.
</li><li>Experience planning, facilitating, and conducting training.
</li><li>Knowledge and application of employment laws.
</li><li>Knowledge and application of employee relation issues.
</li></ul>Preferred:
<ul><li>Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
</li><li>Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (i.e. PHR, SPHR, SHRM - SCP)
</li><li>Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
</li><li>Experience supporting employee groups at multiple sites/locations
</li><li>Hands-on working knowledge of Workday.
</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws across WA/OR/CA.
