Our experienced full-time dentist make $300,000 to $650,000 yearly depending on number of days worked.We offer a family-like, supportive work environment that is designed to help you excel. This includes ensuring you will have plenty of new patients. We have established systems for managing the operational and administrative functions of the practice so our dentists can focus on providing exceptional patient care.At a Blue Sea Dental practice, you will be supported by a team of talented, dedicated dental support professionals. You will receive consistent, dedicated mentoring and have opportunities to develop as a dentist and a leader. If you are a more experienced dentist, you will have the opportunity to mentor younger dentists.
