Job Title: Marketing &amp; Sales Executive (Agri Sector)Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Marketing &amp; Sales Executive with a background in agriculture to drive lead generation, build strong client relationships, and convert opportunities into sales. The role requires regular travel, on-ground market engagement, and a proactive approach to business development.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and generate new leads through field visits, market research, and networking.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, dealers, and farmers.</li><li>Conduct regular field tours to understand customer needs and promote company products.</li><li>Present and promote company solutions to potential customers through meetings, demos, and site visits.</li><li>Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into successful sales closures.</li><li>Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer requirements to support strategy.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills<ul><li>Educational background in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in sales, marketing, or field business development (agri industry preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and market development.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and smartphone-based communication tools.</li><li>Prior experience in greenhouses, irrigation, agri-inputs, or farm equipment will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Field sales: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>75% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
