As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products or services in the field. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, conduct inspections, and implement quality improvement initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to perform field inspections and tests, collect data, and collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance our quality standards.</div><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>

<b>Field Inspections</b>: Conduct on-site inspections and audits at various locations to assess the quality of products, services or processes.</li>
<li><b>Data collection:</b> Accurately record data, observations and test results during field inspections and report findings to QA and Operations leadership as needed.</li>
<li><b>Issue Identification</b>: Identify and document quality issues, defects or non-conformities and collaborate with relevant teams to investigate root causes.</li>
<li><b>Compliance:</b> Ensure that products, services and processes adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.</li>
<li><b>Quality Improvement</b>: Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.</li>
<li><b>Remote Inspections</b>: When needed, remote quality checks must be performed to evaluate and assess the quality of products and services.</li>
<li><b>Reporting</b>: Prepare regular reports on quality performance metrics, trends and areas for improvement.</li>
<li><b>Documentation</b>: Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all inspections (field and remote).</li>
<li><b>Customer Interaction</b>: Interact with customers and clients to gather feedback, address concerns and ensure their satisfaction with products or service quality.</li>
<li><b>Collaboration</b>: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical operations, account management and construction to resolve quality related issues and drive continuous improvement.</li>
<li><b>Meetings</b>: Attend all department meetings as scheduled.</li>
<li><b>Training</b>: Attend quarterly, mandatory training.
</li><li>Ensure that products adhere to quality standards.</li>
<li>Performing detailed and recorded inspections of products and services to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.</li>
<li>Provide guidance to field personnel and other stakeholders to promote a culture of quality and compliance.</li></ul><br>

Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Computer Skills - Contact Management Systems, Spreadsheet Software, and Word Processing (Microsoft Office) Software, Data Entry, and Order Processing Systems.</li>
<li>2-3 years of technical experience.</li>
<li>Travel is required.</li>
<li>Ability to read and write in English. The ability to read and write in Spanish a plus.</li>
<li>Experience on phone calls, chats, &amp; emails</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills. Strong team building and motivational skills. Strong organizational, analytical, oral, and written communications skills.</li>
<li>A thorough understanding of company policies to ensure compliance and consistent application.</li>
<li>Up-to-date knowledge of technological developments within the industry.</li>
<li>Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and creatively, taking the initiative to develop new solutions when warranted.</li>
