This is a full time in office position. Homecare Homebase experience is required.</p><div>
Responsibilities:<br>
<ul><li>Enter referrals</li><li>Answer phones and direct clinical traffic</li><li>Visit patients if needed</li><li>Assist Director of Nursing with EMR management and documentation</li><li>Run reports</li><li>Manage data</li></ul></div><div>
Skills:<br>
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:<br>
<ul><li>Hospice knowledge and experience</li><li>EMR experience</li><li>Office Management experience</li></ul></div><p>

Qualifications<br>
<ul><li>LPN certification</li><li>Proficiency in Homecare Homebase EMR</li><li>Knowledge of catheterization and tube feeding</li><li>Ability to work in an office setting</li><li>Familiarity with hospice care and office management</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Basic life support certification</li><li>Understanding of HIPAA regulations</li><li>Premium skills in triage</li><li>Relevant skills in health coaching and home care</li></ul></div></div></div><div><p>
