 Job Description Overview BlueWater Federal is looking for a Theater Engineer to support the SEWS program at Peterson AFB. As a Theater Engineer, you will support the analysis of user needs and develop the design and associated hardware and software recommendations to support those needs. Responsibilities * Support foreign partner system and network installation, maintenance, and sustainment.

 <ul>
  <li>
   Respond to system outages to ensure issues are resolved.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with SEWS contractor and government personnel to plan routine and emergency trips.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide rotating 24/7 on-call Tier 2 system support for remote users, to identify and resolve hardware, software, and communication issues, document solutions, and develop recommendations to reduce the frequency of repairs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support Emergency On-Site Sustainment (EOSS) travel to customer locations as required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Respond to system component failures or change requests and plan system change or restoral implementation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, develop and conduct user training for existing staff as well as new CCMD and FMS users.
  </li>
  <li>
   Travel up to 35% in a year to Foreign Partner locations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform on-site sustainment including but not limited to system operational check out, inventory, system updates, equipment firmware updates and documentation updates. Qualifications * Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  </li>
  <li>
   Must have a Security+ certification
  </li>
  <li>
   3+ years of supporting Cisco networking equipment or CCNA is required.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience with network routing protocols (i.e., Static routes, OSPF)
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of GRE and IPSEC tunnels. Knowledge of Network Encryption Devices (i.e., KG-250, KG-250x, IPS-250x, KG-175).
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarization with Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (VoIP).
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarization with Risk Management Frame Work (RMF) standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge of Server/Client Systems and current Microsoft Operating Systems (Server &amp; Workstation).
  </li>
  <li>
   Active US Passport or ability to obtain an Active US Passport.
  </li>
  <li>
   3+ years of systems administration experience is preferred.
  </li>
  <li>

Theater Engineer with Security Clearance

The Base Maintenance (BMx) Family of Systems program provides critical lifecycle support for enterprise U.S. Air Force logistics and maintenance systems that enable global mission readiness and sustainment operations.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Support daily Agile execution for BMx product teams.</li><li>
Ensure sprint work matches team capacity, sustainment priorities, modernization sequencing, and release governance requirements.</li><li>
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily Scrum execution, dependency coordination, blocker resolution, and ART synchronization.</li><li>
Track sprint predictability, workload balance, operational issues, Help Desk impacts, and sustainment pressures to help prevent overcommitment and release instability.</li><li>
Work with Product Owners, Functional SMEs, DevSecOps engineers, and the RTE to adjust sprint work when critical issues, cybersecurity fixes, migration changes, or operational support needs arise.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li><li>
5+ years of experience facilitating Agile teams.
</li><li>Must have an active Secret clearance.</li><li>
Experience supporting enterprise DevSecOps teams.</li><li>
Experience with Scrum execution, sprint planning, agile coaching, dependency tracking, ART coordination, and metrics tracking.</li><li>
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Scrum Master certifications preferred.</li></ul><div>
