Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and monitor company HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with local laws and regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.</li><li>Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for staff and subcontractors.</li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare detailed reports, and recommend improvements.</li><li>Liaise with regulatory bodies, consultants, and clients on all HSE matters.</li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE, firefighting equipment, and safety systems.</li><li>Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports for management and client review.</li><li>Support emergency response planning and drills.</li><li>Promote a culture of safety awareness across all project sites.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE (or relevant country) health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Contract length: 4 monthsPay: From AED3,000.00 per month
