We are seeking a Per Diem Physical therapist for aquatic and traditional physical therapy for an exciting oppurtunity! Clustered cases! Lots of Flexibility! New grads welcome.Our work environment includes:<ul><li>Safe work environment</li><li>Flexible working hours</li></ul>We are looking for a compassionate and energetic Physical Therapist to provide aquatic therapy to our patients. Aquatic Therapy training will be provided by our experienced team. Our ideal candidate has a background in physical therapy, experience working with adults, and a strong commitment to the community. Our contracted Physical therapist will work closely with patients to identify their needs and to establish individual rehabilitation plans. The therapist is also responsible for communicating patient progress and their rehabilitation status to the Medical Director, Primary Care Physicians and other key members of our health care team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and meet patients&rsquo; goals and needs</li><li>Offer effective treatments that help improve clients&rsquo; motion and mobility</li><li>Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques</li><li>Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions</li><li>Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally</li><li>Promote clients&rsquo; healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination</li><li>Consult and practice with other health professionals</li><li>Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress</li><li>Document patient care services</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Proven work experience as a physical therapist</li><li>Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities</li><li>Current knowledge of treatment practices</li><li>Drive to continually learn and grow</li><li>Professional behavior</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Valid license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $64.00 - $100.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
