 We are looking for a highly motivated Supply Chain Specialist with a minimum 2 years of experience .The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including material planning, ERP order management, supplier coordination, cost-reduction initiatives. This role ensures that all project-related materials are delivered on time, at the right cost and quality, while supporting continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration across the organization
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 1. Material Planning &amp; ERP Operations
 
 
 Analyze project BOMs and create purchase requests through the ERP system.
 
 
 Manage material allocation for simultaneous projects and monitor stock levels.
 
 
 Execute, review, and optimize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) results to ensure accurate material forecasting and timely replenishment.
 
 
 Maintain and update key planning parameters including lead times, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities, reorder points, and lot-sizing rules to ensure high MRP accuracy and stable inventory performance.
 
 
 Identify and resolve MRP exceptions (shortages, rescheduling, delays, excess inventory) and take proactive actions to avoid material risks.
 
 
 Ensure accurate item master data and BOM structures, supporting clean and reliable MRP output.
 
 
 Track incoming materials, identify risks or delays, and communicate with relevant teams.
 
 
 Ensure accurate and timely updates of all supply chain transactions in ERP.
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Supplier Management &amp; Development
 
 
 Maintain regular communication with suppliers and monitor delivery performance.
 
 
 Identify and develop new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain.
 
 
 Conduct supplier evaluations based on delivery, quality, cost, and communication performance.
 
 
 Support supplier visits and improvement activities when needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Cost Reduction &amp; Strategic Sourcing Support
 
 
 Lead cost reduction initiatives through alternative suppliers, product alternatives, localization, or process improvements.
 
 
 Perform benchmark analysis and total cost evaluations.
 
 
 Collaborate with the purchasing department to analyze commercial opportunities.
 
 
 
 
 
 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 Act as a key interface between purchasing, project management, production, warehouse, logistics, and quality teams.
 
 
 Ensure timely information flow regarding material status and supply chain risks.
 
 
 Contribute to process development and supply chain improvement activities.
 
 
 
 
 
 5. Reporting &amp; Documentation
 
 
 Prepare regular reports on stock status, open orders, delayed deliveries, cost reduction progress, and supply chain KPIs.
 
 
 Maintain supplier documentation and evaluation records.
 
 
 Support internal and external audits with accurate supply chain documentation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 Minimum 2&ndash;3 years experience in supply chain, material planning, procurement operations
 
 
 Experience in project-based manufacturing, preferably automation, machinery, or robotics industries.
 
 
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Logo, Netsis, MS Dynamics, or equivalent)
 
 
 Supplier management and cost reduction project experience preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 
 A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, or related fields)

Supply Chain Specialist

 The purpose of this role is to lead and execute end-to-end Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) projects, ensuring the successful delivery of turnkey solutions tailored to customer needs. This role is instrumental in bridging technical execution with customer satisfaction, managing all phases from project scoping to on-site commissioning
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Leading and managing AMR projects from concept through to commissioning

 Acting as the primary customer contact to manage timelines, expectations, and feedback
 </li>

 Aligning internal teams&mdash;sales, engineering, production, and support&mdash;to deliver cohesive project outcomes

 Supporting sales with early-stage technical input and feasibility assessments

 Overseeing installation, troubleshooting, and final system tuning

 Experience

 Minimum 10 years of overall experience in industries such as automation, robotics, industrial systems, or other technology-driven turnkey project environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 7 years of direct experience in project management or project engineering, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between departments including engineering, sales, and production
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior involvement in customer-facing roles, with demonstrated ability to manage expectations, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with industrial hardware and software tools (e.g., AGV/AMRs, PLCs, sensors, simulation tools, CAD platforms) is preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable operating in fast-paced, innovation-focused environments
 </li>

 Education

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering is required&mdash;preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical field
