We are seeking a proactive and skilled <b>Talent Acquisition Specialist</b> with experience recruiting in the fit-out industry to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about identifying top talent that aligns with our company&rsquo;s goals, culture, and project demands.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage end-to-end recruitment across various departments and levels.</li><li>
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.</li><li>
Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.).</li><li>
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes.</li><li>
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).</li><li>
Create and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.</li><li>
Manage offer processes including negotiations and onboarding coordination.</li><li>
Track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.</li><li>
Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.</li><li>
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future roles.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.</li><li>
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul></div>

Talent Acquisition Specialist

<div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Manage the interior fit out works for shops, restaurants, offices, etc.</li><li>
Develop a Bill Of Quantities (BOQ) based on standard forms.</li><li>
Ensure that all parties involved in the project including subcontractors and Blueprint in house divisions (carpentry, mechanical, electrical, gypsum, paint, etc) have the updated information.</li><li>
Oversee the daily site works and issuing site instructions.</li><li>
Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlord/Tenant's Coordinators.</li><li>
Ensure project completion within the agreed schedule and budget.</li><li>
Manage teams to achieve the required goals.</li><li>
Capable of independently handling several projects at once.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Excellent knowledge of English.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years experience in managing interior fit out works.</li><li>
Knowledge in Computer Applications such as AutoCAD, Word, Excel, Outlook.</li></ul></div>
