We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Influencer to own this channel end-to-end: paid and earned, macro through micro, always-on and campaign-driven. You'll build and scale the program infrastructure, own the talent relationships, and ensure creator content is working as hard in paid media environments as it does organically.
You'll report to the Sr. Director of Paid Media and sit at the intersection of brand, content, and growth. That means tight integration with Paid Media on amplification strategy, close collaboration with Content and Creative on storytelling, and full accountability to acquisition outcomes, not just reach and impressions.
The infrastructure, processes, and relationships you build here will define how Blueprint scales influencer as a channel. 
Requirements 
Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Build and manage Blueprint's paid influencer program from sourcing and outreach through negotiation, contracting, content delivery, usage rights, and performance evaluation.</li><li>
Prioritize partners whose audiences align with Blueprint's mission, performance, and positioning, and who can generate content that works in both organic and paid environments.</li><li>
Own the earned influencer program: tiering strategy, proactive seeding, gifting, ambassador relationships, and launch mailers. Develop the creative approach for how Blueprint shows up in organic content moments and build a bench of engaged partners who know the brand, not just a transactional roster.</li><li>
Partner directly with Paid Media to activate creator content across whitelisting, dark posting, and boosted distribution. Understand what performs in paid environments and translate those insights to actionable, digestible creative and talent briefs regularly.</li><li>
Develop the quarterly influencer roadmap integrated with the campaign calendar, product launches, and brand moments. Own budget and map initiatives across paid partnerships, usage rights, and earned programs with full accountability to ROI.</li><li>
Define and track KPIs across paid and earned: reach, engagement, EMV, conversion signals, content quality, and amplification ROI, reporting these into digestible and actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.</li><li>
Collaborate with Content and Creative to align messaging, asset formats, and storytelling so influencer output is on-brand and usable across channels.</li><li>
Own, build, and document the operational infrastructure and team that supports influencer program scale (e.g. outreach workflows, contract templates, gifting logistics, reporting cadences, partnership tracking systems).</li><li>
Manage agency and platform relationships where applicable and own vendor evaluation and selection for influencer tools and tracking.</li></ul> 
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
6-8+ years of influencer marketing experience within health, wellness, longevity, CPG, or lifestyle.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to build and manage both paid partnership programs and earned seeding at scale.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of paid social and creator amplification mechanics including whitelisting, dark posting, usage rights, boosting, and paid/earned integration.</li><li>
Strong negotiation and contract management experience across creator and agency deal structures, including multi-platform and usage rights agreements, and internal handoff to Paid Media for creative diversity and amplification.</li><li>
Proven data-fluency and financial planning track record, managing budgets with accountability, articulating tradeoffs between partnership tiers, explaining spend allocation rationale, and defending it with data.</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage a high volume of active partnerships and campaigns simultaneously without dropping execution quality.</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Experience building and scaling DTC and/or e-comm Influencer programs, bonus if at a supplement, health, or wellness brand.</li><li>
Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements and claim compliance in health/wellness influencer content.</li><li>
Experience with platforms such as AspireIQ, Grin, or similar influencer management tools.</li><li>
Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Affiliate, UGC teams</li></ul>

We're hiring a Sr. Manager, Affiliate to own Blueprint's affiliate channel. The scope spans building the program infrastructure, recruiting and managing the partner portfolio, and ensuring every dollar of commission spend is tied to real, incremental revenue.
You'll report to the Sr. Director of Paid Media and work in close coordination with Paid Media on attribution and measurement. You'll oversee publisher placements, creator-commerce platforms, social commerce channels, and the tracking infrastructure that ties all of it together. 
Requirements 
Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Build and manage Blueprint's affiliate program end-to-end, including platform setup, partner recruitment, commission architecture, tracking integrity, and ongoing optimization against CPA and revenue targets.</li><li>
Own publisher and media partnerships across editorial, review, comparison, and high-intent health and wellness content properties, including individual publishers managed through affiliate networks (e.g. AWIN, Impact). Identify and recruit partners whose audiences are aligned with Blueprint's product positioning and whose content standards meet the brand bar.</li><li>
Manage Blueprint's presence across creator-commerce and social commerce platforms including LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and Meta/Instagram Shop.</li><li>
Recruit, onboard, and convert high-performing partners into consistent revenue drivers through proactive outbound sourcing, structured onboarding programs, performance challenges, and tiered incentive frameworks. Activate partners at scale through offer calendars, posting prompts, and commission-based motivators that drive output without eroding margin.</li><li>
Build and manage commission structures and performance bonus frameworks with full accountability to unit economics.</li><li>
Partner with Paid Media on attribution methodology to ensure affiliate-driven revenue is measured accurately and incrementally.</li><li>
Partner with Organic Growth to prioritize initiatives for LLM visibility.</li><li>
Define and track performance KPIs across the affiliate portfolio. Build reporting that is legible and actionable to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.</li></ul> 
Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
6&ndash;8 years of affiliate marketing experience within health, wellness, longevity, CPG, or e-commerce. Experience of direct ownership of program strategy, budget, and outcomes is the bar.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to build and scale affiliate programs from zero, including platform setup, partner recruitment, commission architecture, and performance optimization.</li><li>
Deep platform fluency across Impact, ShareASale, AWIN, LTK, ShopMy, TikTok Shop, Meta/Instagram Shop, and comparable tools at the infrastructure level.</li><li>
Strong command of attribution methodology including last-click, multi-touch, and incrementality testing. Experience working alongside a performance media team and understanding how affiliate fits into the broader measurement picture.</li><li>
Proven ability to build commission structures and financial models with full accountability to CPA and incremental revenue. You can defend spend allocation with data and move quickly when a channel or partner isn't performing.</li><li>
Strong negotiation and contract management experience across publisher, creator-commerce, and social commerce partnership structures.</li></ul> 
Preferred Skills:<ul><li>
Experience building affiliate programs at a supplement, health, or wellness DTC brand.</li><li>
Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate content in health and wellness verticals.</li><li>
Experience with fraud detection and invalid traffic monitoring.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Amazon Creator Connections and how DTC brands activate it as part of a broader affiliate strategy.</li><li>
Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer, UGC teams</li></ul>
