We are looking for a Lead Data Center Operations &amp; Systems Technician to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

In this lead technical role, you will lead complex data center operations, infrastructure deployments, maintenance activities, and incident response across server, network, storage, cabling, and supporting systems. You will provide technical direction, coordinate resources and readiness, resolve escalated issues, and drive documentation, reporting, training, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on lead role and requires alignment with the client's best practices and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
Lead and perform complex installation, rack, stack, cabling, configuration, maintenance, migration, and decommissioning work across servers, network devices, storage systems, rack power distribution units, and rack and MOR cabling.

Serve as a technical escalation point for hardware, software, imaging, network, connectivity, and configuration issues; lead root-cause analysis and coordinate restoration or remediation activities. 
<li>
</li>
Review server, network, storage, and device health, alerts, tickets, and logs; identify systemic risks and establish clear response, escalation, and follow-through actions. 
<li>
</li>
Configure, review, and validate switches, firewalls, wireless access points, IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, domain access, and device-to-device communication within approved scope and change controls. 
<li>
</li>
Lead server imaging and deployment using MDT, WDS, PXE, or equivalent environments; oversee patching, firmware, baseline configuration, validation, exception handling, and deployment readiness. 
<li>
</li>
Own technical planning for complex installations, maintenance windows, and deployments, including scope, sequencing, resource allocation, dependencies, implementation notes, readiness criteria, rollback planning, validation, and stakeholder coordination. 
<li>
</li>
Prioritize and allocate equipment and technical resources across competing operational and project demands based on urgency, risk, business need, and readiness. 
<li>
</li>
Review configuration backups and recovery evidence, identify gaps, and ensure procedures support operational recovery requirements. 
<li>
</li>
Establish and maintain high-quality technical procedures, network diagrams, maintenance histories, repair records, configuration standards, inventory controls, and knowledge documentation. 
<li>
</li>
Oversee project, inventory, and asset tracking accuracy; develop operational, inventory, compliance, capacity, and project-status reporting for stakeholders. 
<li>
</li>
Identify operational trends, control gaps, recurring issues, and process inefficiencies; lead corrective actions and measurable continuous-improvement initiatives. 
<li>
</li>
Provide day-to-day technical direction, mentoring, training, work review, and knowledge transfer for junior and mid-level technicians; support safe execution without substituting for formal people-management responsibilities. 
<li>
</li>
<li>Represent data center operations in technical discussions, readiness reviews, incident reviews, and cross-functional planning; communicate risks, tradeoffs, blockers, and recommendations clearly.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressively responsible hands-on experience in data center operations, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, network support, or a comparable mission-critical technical environment.

Advanced practical knowledge of enterprise server, network, storage, cabling, power-distribution, imaging, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning activities. 
<li>
</li>
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, wireless networking, domain access, device communication, and systematic troubleshooting. 
<li>
</li>
Demonstrated experience leading complex deployments, maintenance windows, incident response, technical work planning, resource coordination, and validation activities.

</li>
Ability to diagnose escalated and cross-domain issues, perform root-cause analysis, assess operational risk, and drive issues through resolution.

Salary Range

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is from $36.06 to $44.71 USD/hour, with a midpoint of $40.38 USD/hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.

In This Role

You will design and execute high-impact B2C email campaigns for a large global customer audience. You will transform campaign concepts into polished, on-brand email experiences by combining strong visual design, persuasive copywriting, and email-marketing expertise.

You will collaborate with creative leads, marketers, and program stakeholders throughout concept development, design, feedback, production, and launch. This role is ideal for a hands-on creative marketer who thinks visually, works fluently in Figma, and understands how design and messaging influence customer engagement.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will design, develop, and support telemetry reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-assisted solutions that improve visibility into service health, availability, operational performance, telemetry coverage, and data quality. In This Role

You will support a knowledge engineering and content transformation function focused on improving the documentation lifecycle through AI-enabled tools, automation, and modern docs-as-code practices. This role sits at the intersection of technical content development, content operations, and software engineering-adjacent workflows.

You will help plan, develop, test, and improve AI-powered documentation solutions, including agent skills, automation workflows, internal knowledge resources, and technical content programs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable writing and maintaining developer-facing content while also working in technical environments that include Markdown, Git-based collaboration, CI/CD publishing workflows, scripting, and AI-assisted coding tools.

This is not a traditional technical writing role. The right candidate will bring strong technical content experience along with hands-on comfort using modern engineering tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to improve documentation quality, speed, consistency, and scalability.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Plan, scope, and manage technical content programs from ideation through authoring, review, user acceptance testing, publication, and ongoing maintenance.</li>
<li>Author, edit, and review technical content such as internal wiki articles, how-to guides, UAT plans, process documentation, and contributor guidance.</li>
<li>Support docs-as-code workflows using Markdown, code editors, Git-based collaboration, pull requests, issues, and CI/CD publishing processes.</li>
<li>Facilitate user acceptance testing, gather participant feedback, document findings, and recommend next steps.</li>
<li>Monitor adoption, usage, feedback, and success metrics for documentation tools, agent skills, and AI-enabled content workflows.</li>
<li>Track documentation quality indicators such as engagement, satisfaction, time-to-resolution, content freshness, accessibility, and issue resolution.</li>
<li>Triage and resolve content bugs from feedback channels, analytics, and issue backlogs.</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally with content, engineering, product, design, and transformation stakeholders to coordinate workstreams and ensure documentation accuracy.</li>
<li>Apply content quality standards, including voice and tone, accessibility, information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, localization readiness, and content reuse practices.</li>
<li>Use technical authoring and publishing tools such as Visual Studio Code or similar editors, Markdown linters, static-site publishing systems, and documentation repositories.</li>
<li>Apply software engineering practices such as branching strategies, code review, automated validation, and testing to content development workflows.</li>
<li>Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools to accelerate content creation, automate repetitive documentation tasks, and prototype workflow improvements.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to integrate AI-assisted authoring, content generation, quality assurance, and automation into the documentation lifecycle.</li>
<li>Contribute to or build lightweight scripts, tools, extensions, or automation using languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar technologies.</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, Information Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li>4+ years of experience in technical content development, technical writing, or content program management for software, developer, or cloud-based products.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with docs-as-code workflows, including Markdown authoring, Git-based collaboration, pull request workflows, and CI/CD publishing pipelines.</li>
<li>Experience using Visual Studio Code or a comparable code editor as a primary authoring environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with large-scale developer documentation platforms or enterprise documentation ecosystems.</li>
<li>Experience managing content at scale, including information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, localization considerations, and content reuse strategies.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of software development concepts such as version control, APIs, SDKs, command-line tools, scripting, and developer workflows.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly for developer and technical audiences.</li>
<li>Strong program or project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver on schedule.</li>

In this role, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support to two senior leaders, with a strong focus on complex calendar management across global time zones. You'll play a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by coordinating meetings, managing expenses, and supporting key administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.

You will also contribute to event planning, onboarding coordination, and asset management, ensuring both people and resources are well-supported. Responsibilities:

Executive &amp; Calendar Support:

Event &amp; Meeting Coordination:

Asset &amp; Facilities Management:
