In this role, you will provide essential support to senior leaders within a global enterprise sales organization, playing a crucial part in maintaining the operational efficiency of a virtual, worldwide team. This position is embedded within a high-level technology environment, where you'll have the opportunity to engage with senior executives and influence business administration across various platforms and support functions. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring smooth calendaring, travel arrangements, and expense management, directly contributing to the success of key projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Calendar Management (30%): Fully manage the calendars of senior leaders, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational priorities. Handle complex scheduling across different time zones and maintain a high level of coordination.</li>
<li>Project Coordination (30%): Contribute to confidential, high-profile projects from initial design through execution, gaining early-stage development experience and exposure to emerging technologies</li>
<li>Expense Reporting (20%): Prepare, submit, and manage expense reports for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Review and approve invoices, financial statements, and other financial documents as needed.</li>
<li>Travel Coordination (20%): Arrange domestic and international travel for senior executives, including flight bookings, accommodations, and ground transportation. Assist with visa processes as required and adapt quickly to changes in travel plans.</li>
<li>General Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including managing records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks. Handle incoming memos, submissions, and reports, determining their significance and planning their distribution.</li>
<li>Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings, including setting up conference calls and video conferences. Assist in planning and coordinating off-site events and meetings for managers, including catering and logistics.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in administrative or executive administrative roles</li>
<li>2+ years of calendar management experience, preferably supporting managerial-level or higher executives</li>
<li>2+ years' experience with MS productivity tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel)</li>
<li>2+ years' experience with project management or coordinating projects end‑to‑end</li>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an emphasis on thoroughness and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Ability to work a hybrid schedule 3-4 day per week onsite</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:

<li>Experience in event planning and coordination, with the ability to assist in organizing off-site meetings and morale events.</li>

Compensation Information

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.

For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $24.04 to $28.47 USD/hour. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and could fall outside the stated range

As a Data Engineer on the Data Pipeline team, you will build and support modern, large-scale analytics platforms that power data-driven decision-making across the studio. You'll work hands-on with cloud-based lakehouse and warehouse architectures, designing and maintaining real-time and batch data pipelines that serve business, design, test, and development stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics enablement, and documentation, helping teams not only use data effectively but also understand and trust the systems behind it.

You'll contribute to a culture of test-driven, data-informed development by shaping how data is captured, processed, documented, and shared. Attention to detail, strong engineering fundamentals, and a passion for scalable, modern data architecture are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities
<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality data pipelines supporting both real-time and batch analytics workloads</li>
<li>Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using modern cloud data technologies and orchestration tools</li>
<li>Contribute to the design and evolution of lakehouse and warehouse data models that support analytics and reporting needs</li>
<li>Partner with business, design, test, and development teams to understand data requirements and improve data capture strategies</li>
<li>Help lead technical writing initiatives, including goal-setting, planning, and execution</li>
<li>Write, edit, and maintain clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation</li>
<li>Create and improve documentation standards, organization, and knowledge-sharing processes</li>
<li>Organize and curate documentation to ensure it is intuitive, discoverable, and up to date</li>

<li>3+ years of experience with modern big data analytics platforms, including:
<ul><li>Data lakes</li>
<li>Distributed processing frameworks (e.g., Spark)</li>
<li>Columnar storage formats such as Parquet</li>
</ul></li><li>2+ years of experience building and supporting cloud-hosted data systems</li>
<li>Strong understanding of data modeling, pipeline reliability, and performance optimization</li>
