 Lead, train, and manage maintenance staff to maintain high performance and safety compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records of maintenance activities, chemical usage, and equipment servicing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors for equipment, chemicals, and parts procurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to emergencies, equipment breakdowns, or safety incidents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with local regulations, health codes, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recommend improvements and upgrades for pool facilities and systems.
 </li>

 Qualifications &amp; Skills:

 3 to 5 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of pool chemicals, filtration, and water treatment systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leadership and team management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Driver&rsquo;s license preferred.

Swimming Pool Maintenance Supervisor

 Job Description:
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced
 
 Pool Projects Engineer
 
 to oversee and manage swimming pool construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from design to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of pool systems, project management experience, and excellent site coordination skills.
 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and manage swimming pool construction and renovation projects within time and budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare project schedules, material submittals, and work progress reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions on site.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage procurement of pool equipment, materials, and accessories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct inspections and ensure proper installation of MEP systems (pumps, filtration, lighting, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify final testing, commissioning, and handover documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to project standards and company procedures.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications and Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 5&ndash;10 years of experience in swimming pool construction and project management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of pool systems, waterproofing, and finishing materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid UAE Driver&rsquo;s License is
 
 mandatory

 </ul>
 
 Preferred:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in handling multiple residential or commercial pool projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
