Position Overview:

The Temporary Operations Associate works within our Clinical Operations team. This role focused on back office administrative support of medical teams. This role functions collaboratively with our clinical and non-clinical staff.

Schedule: Full time position, day shift hours. Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Thursday &amp; 8am to 3pm on Fridays.
Location: This remote role MUST be located within one of our current markets - Minnesota, Wisconsin or Florida

Salary: $19 - $20 per hour. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

 Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operates office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers to communicate and update electronic medical records and other databases as appropriate.</li>
<li>Document Management
<ul><li>Sort fax inboxes to attach inbound documents to appropriate patients and assigning to appropriate provider</li>
<li>Adhere to document sorting guidelines and control for duplicate requests</li>
<li>Monitor incoming Provider to Provider documents, and route accordingly</li>
</ul></li><li>Patient scheduling for various Provider team</li>
<li>Functioning both independently and collaboratively with Providers, Field Leadership, Clinical Assistants, and other Operations Associates to ensure daily team needs are being met</li>
<li>Performs accurate data entry of patient health care information</li>
<li>Uploads, enters, and assigns patient certifications and re-certifications</li>
<li>Clinical Supplies Support: Reviews, packs &amp; ships clinical supply orders to CAs and Providers, Responsible for restocking and ordering of the clinical supplies, respond to the clinical supplies emailed requests</li>
<li>Printing and Mailing Support: Prints and mails multiple types of letters, sympathy cards, and Care Plans. Review returned mail</li> 
</ul>
Qualifications:

Education/Certification/Experience
<ul>
<li>Previous administrative experience required.</li>
<li>Experience working with electronic medical records preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working in healthcare preferred.</li> 
</ul>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of patient care notes.</li>
<li>Ability to assist providers and facilitate an efficient, organized administration flow.</li>
<li>Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure.</li>
<li>Detail oriented and accurate.</li>
<li>Collaborates effectively within team settings with clinical and non-clinical staff.</li>
<li>Ability to deal with change and ambiguity.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li>

<li>Comfortable navigating electronic medical record systems and working with patient care notes.</li>

Position Overview</h3>

We are seeking a full-time experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and management, support residents with complex behavioral health needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver integrated, person-centered care. This position offers autonomy in clinical practice, a supportive team environment, flexible scheduling, and consistent patient panels.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h3>

As a vital member of our clinical team, your day-to-day will involve high-quality, compassionate care tailored to our residents' unique journeys.
<ul>
<li>Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental status examinations, and behavioral assessments- primarily via telehealth, virtual visits.</li>
<li>Treatment Planning: Recommend adjustments through the case review process or in ad hoc consultations, including medication recommendations and other interventions. Advise on treatment for patients who may need more intensive or more specialized mental health care, supporting treatment in the medical setting until patients can be engaged in specialized care as appropriate.</li>
<li>Medication Management: Monitor, adjust, and manage psychotropic medications, ensuring safety and efficacy.</li>
<li>Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work in collaboration with primary care providers, therapists, social workers, and nursing staff to ensure a seamless, holistic approach to patient wellness.</li>
<li>Complex Care Support: Provide targeted interventions and crisis management support for residents with complex, co-occurring behavioral health needs.</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain precise, timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in compliance with regulatory standards.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications &amp; Requirements</h3>
<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Education Program</li>
<li>Board Certified through ANCC</li>
<li>Licensed or ability to obtain licensure(s) through the Board of Nursing.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State(s) of required of work</li>
<li>Proven ability to communicate effectively with strong verbal skills</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li>
<li>Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license and minimum state-required liability auto insurance; local travel is required</li>

 Position Overview:

 Provide on-site, team-oriented primary care to patients within Assisted Living and Memory Care communities
 </li>
 <li>
 Full-time providers care for patients Monday-Thursday; option for Fridays to be a clinical or an administrative day
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a panel of 200 patients (approximately 12-16 patients per/day with 14 being the avg.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to design and manage your schedule&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement care plans appropriate to patients and their desires
 </li>
 <li>
 Clinical support from Clinical Assistants and Care Coordination through LPNs, RNs and Social Workers&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Access to diagnostics such as labs and x-rays as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with community partners within home care, hospice, and other resources as appropriate
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:&nbsp;
