</div><div><p>We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts. This role is for a true expert with a deep, hands-on understanding of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, specifically within the B2B technology sector.</p><br>
</div><div><p>You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our paid campaigns&mdash;from strategic planning and budget allocation to execution, in-depth analysis, and optimization. You will leverage your expertise in HubSpot to ensure flawless lead attribution and conversion tracking, providing a clear view of the entire marketing funnel from click to closed-won. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, meticulously managing high-budget programs to drive pipeline and revenue.</p><br>

</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Develop, execute, and continuously optimize high-budget, complex paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Conversation Ads).</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Design and implement full-funnel strategies tailored for B2B technology brands, focusing on generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities.</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div><b>Conversion Tracking &amp; Lead Attribution:</b></div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Take ownership of the technical setup for conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and native platform pixels.</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Utilize HubSpot to implement and manage end-to-end lead attribution models, connecting ad spend directly to pipeline and revenue.</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Ensure data integrity between advertising platforms and HubSpot CRM for accurate reporting on key metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div><b>Analysis, Reporting &amp; Optimization:</b></div></li><br>
</ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>Perform rigorous, data-driven analysis of campaign performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Develop detailed reports and dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) and HubSpot to communicate performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Conduct constant A/B testing of ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to drive incremental improvements.</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Manage and forecast large-scale annual budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.</div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div><b>Collaboration:</b></div></li><br>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><div>Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive marketing message and a seamless user journey from ad click to sales conversion.</div></li><br>
