Position SummaryThe Sr. Manager of Marketing will lead Bluu&rsquo;s overall marketing strategy, brand development, and communication initiatives. This individual will oversee all marketing operations strengthen Bluu&rsquo;s brand visibility, support sales growth, and drive measurable business results.This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership, creativity, and data-driven decision-making skills who can translate business goals into impactful marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.</li><li>Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.</li><li>Lead content creation for multi-channel use&mdash;product brochures, newsletters, website content, case studies, and video campaigns.</li><li>Manage marketing programs that support merchant engagement and partner acquisition.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the product team to communicate new product launches, features, and updates effectively.</li><li>Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.</li><li>Measure campaign performance and report KPIs to leadership with actionable insights.</li><li>Coordinate with creative and external agencies for advertising, media placements, and event promotions.</li><li>Manage corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance brand exposure.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and teamwork.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, analytics, and lead generation.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for marketing design collaboration.</li><li>Experience in B2B marketing, technology, or financial services industry preferred.</li><li>Able to travel to attend Trade Shows.</li><li>Korean and English bilingual required</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Employer paid Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match.</li><li>Paid time off, holidays, and additional employee perks.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $72,539.60 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a college degree or experience that this job requires?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>and Write Korean (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Hackensack, NJ 07601 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Hackensack, NJ 07601: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
